Minimalist Morning is a mental health app for mothers. Its goal is to help mothers prioritize their mental health and build resiliency by offering 15 min. guided morning routines - a combination of meditation, affirmations, journaling and movement specifically curated for mothers. It also offers an online community where mothers can evade the feelings of isolation and loneliness. It allows them to connect, support and encourage one another to make themselves and their goals a priority while remaining the main pillar for their family.  Resources, a mental health blog and other organizational features will also be available to facilitate every day life.
